Dr.
Syed Sadullah Hussainy is working with Arab Open University in Oman at the
Faculty of Business. Dr. Hussainy holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration
and Commerce and has been teaching for the past 20 years in several colleges
and universities in India and Oman. He holds three master's degrees: MBA, MFM, M.Phil., and Post Graduate Diploma in HRM. He is a prolific contributor of research
articles and book chapters for both national and international publications
and journals. His area of interest in research is Human Resource Management, Organizational behavior and psychology, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence. He has delivered presentations on a variety of business and
management-related topics at several national and international conferences,
workshops, and faculty development programs.
