Ms. Fatema Al-Hinai has graduated from Sultan Qaboos University in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in operations management. in 2023, she got MBA degree from Arab Open University.
Ms. Fatema Al-Hinai has worked for more than 5 years in different fields and industries. Upon her completion of her bachelor degree, she joined Abraj Energy Services company as a Contract Engineer. In 2019, she joined National Training Fund as a contract engineer. In this industry, she earned a sufficient experience in dealing with training providers and companies who are contributing in securing job opportunities for the job seekers. In 2020, she joined the Ministry of Labour in which she took the responsibility of leading many teams and projects. Despite those responsibilities, she decided to practice her teaching skills after completion of her MBA and she taught 3 different batches.
