An academic specializing in Islamic Studies and Law, holding a Ph.D. in Islamic Sciences with distinction from Zitouna University (Tunisia), in addition to a Master’s degree in Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh (Jurisprudence and its Principles) from Al al-Bayt University (Jordan), and a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Sciences from the Sultan Qaboos Institute for Islamic Studies in Sohar, Oman.
My professional experience in higher education extends for more than two decades, during which I have taught at the College of Education in Ibri, the University of Technology and Applied Sciences – Ibri Branch, and the Arab Open University (Oman Branch). I have taught a wide range of courses in Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh, Family Law, Islamic Financial Transactions, Islamic Culture, Islamic Civilization, and Personal Status Law.
I have held several academic and administrative positions, most notably Assistant Dean for Academic Support Affairs and Head of the General Requirements Department. I have contributed to the development of curricula and academic programs, chaired a number of academic committees, and participated in designing and updating national curricula related to Islamic Studies.
I have presented research papers at national and international conferences and supervised various academic research projects. My research interests focus on Comparative Fiqh, Omani Personal Status Law, Ibadi Jurisprudence, and Contemporary Jurisprudential Issues.
I have also participated in numerous training programs inside and outside Oman in the fields of quality assurance, strategic planning, academic skills, and educational technologies. Through my academic work, I strive to promote scholarly and research values and to establish a solid academic approach that combines the authenticity of Islamic jurisprudence with the spirit of modernity.

Throughout my academic career, I have produced and presented
several research papers and scholarly studies at national and
international conferences, focusing on contemporary jurisprudential and legal
issues, comparative fiqh, and renewal in Islamic thought. Selected research
