Rector's office
The Rector's office is responsible for the overall General Administrative supervision of the Office. It coordinates and liaises with all departments / units and faculties as required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Follow-up all communication that are received by the Office and sending them to the relevant personnel.
- Receive all communication and organize, forward them to the Rector.
- Dealing directly with the transactions that do not need to be seen by the Rector and forwarding them to the concerned personnel
- Disseminate information as received by the Rector to all concerned personnel.
- Act as a focal point for the Rector in arranging and confirming appointments
- Maintain an appointment calendar for the Rector for timely reminders.
- Coordinate with relevant governmental and private bodies as required
- Maintain documentation and archives.
- Carrying out any other task assigned by the Rector.
