The Office of the Assistant Rector for Administrative and Financial Affairs is responsible in assisting the Rector of the University in managing administrative and financial affairs in a way that serves the educational process and within the university's objectives, systems, strategies, plans, and programs. The Assistant Rector supervises the Department of Financial Affairs, the Department of Administrative Affairs and Human Resources, the Arab Open University Academy of Training, the Technical Support Department, the Purchasing, Contracts and stores Department and the Maintenance, Operations and Facilities Department.
