Faculty members start by creating research groups within their program.
Such groups are composed of volunteered students (preferred who possess good level in English and good writing skills).
Every group is led by one Faculty member or more as mentor(s).
The aim of the groups is to develop the students' ability to read, criticize, and write a research paper.
Different groups can work on applying for research projects fund from the TRC or similar organizations.
