Ya'rob transformed from a traditional teacher to a teacher who integrates technology into the educational process applying the educational technologies he learned at Arab Open University (AOU). Accordingly, he uses many educational technology applications in the classroom, investing experiences and skills he acquired from AOU.

Ya'rob aspires to do more, hence he took it upon himself to train more than 2,000 teachers and students while he was studying MA in AOU. After his graduation, he implemented more than 100 workshops, distributed between face-to-face and online workshops, targeting a group of schools and universities.

Ya'rob is also supportive and interactive in social media. He dedicates his Twitter account to disseminating technological education strategies. All this is due to Ya'rob's intensifying his master's studies at the AOU and his continued self-learning.
