​​The College of Education hosted an introductory meeting with a delegation from the University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia, as part of efforts to enhance academic collaboration and exchange expertise between the two institutions. The meeting also aimed to explore new opportunities for academic programs and attract international students.

Discussions during the meeting focused on potential areas of partnership, the presentation of academic offerings, and mechanisms for leveraging both institutions' research and practical expertise. This initiative aligns with the university's vision of engaging with international educational institutions, supporting the goals of Oman Vision 2040 in building global knowledge partnerships and enhancing the international ranking of educational institutions.
