·         Designing and delivering engaging tutorials in English Language and Literature, fostering critical thinking and academic excellence.

• Engaging in active research within the specialized field of expertise and in publishing in high impact / reputable journal  

• Providing academic counseling and guidance to students.

• Undertaking additional academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned
  
  Actively participating in all faculty-organized professional development activities and meetings

Person Specifications

The applicant must:

• ​Must hold a PhD or Master's degree in English Language / Literature / Linguistics,
• Hold master's and bachelor's degrees in the same field of specialization, or allied discipline.
• Able to teach both general and subject specific courses in English Language, Literature and Linguistics
• Have Minimum two years of teaching experience at university/college level.
