I am an Omani academic who has been working in local higher education institutions for about ten years after serving the Royal Navy of Oman and Sultan Qaboos Naval Academy for almost two decades as a senior Hydrographic technician and a tutor of Hydrographic technicians.
Arab Open University-Oman, Prior to this, I worked at the Royal Navy of Oman and Sultan Qaboos Naval Academy holding variable positions ranging from a tutor, an instructor, administration officer, supplying officer.
This range of 30-year experience has promoted my skills of leadership, team-management, strategic planning, academic supervision, coaching, mentoring and communication.
