Information Technology and Computing (ITC)
A comprehensive program providing a strong foundation in information
technology and digital systems. This program places you on a broad career
pathway. Upon graduation, you qualify for roles such as IT Specialist, Systems
Analyst, Technical Support Officer, or Systems Coordinator. These roles are in
demand across government entities, companies, and the private sector in Oman
and internationally, with clear opportunities for career progression.
Program Duration
The regular number of semesters for a Bachelor's degree is eight regular semesters and one summer semester(Four academic years).
The maximum number of semesters for a Bachelor's degree is twenty-four semesters (twelve academic years) excluding summers.
Method of Delivery
Full time – Blended Learning
Lectures' attendance is mandatory at least once a week (or twice for some courses) for each registered course. Tutorials are offered from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and can be scheduled for 1 or 2 days per week to accommodate working students.
