Training Programme Held

Within the framework of developing and enhancing its staff, the Training Unit, in cooperation with the Human Resources Department of the Arab Open University (AOU), successfully conducted a three-day training programme, from 19th to 21st of June, in the field of Work Ethic, Value Enhancement & organizational affiliation. The training programme aimed to develop the professional capacity of the AOU administrative staff and to strengthen the employees’ integration. The programme was conducted by Dr. Hamed Al-Ghafri, Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology at AOU. It is noteworthy that, in the presence of the AOU Rector, Prof Mohammed Al-Badi, the Training Unit honoured the trainers who participated in its previous programmes and workshops. It also honoured the trainees who completed this training programme successfully.​
