Under the patronage of H.E. Prof. Rahma bint Ibrahim Al Mahrouqiyah, the first annual forum for enhancing integration between the academic and industrial sectors was launched. The event was organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation, with broad participation from representatives of both the public and private sectors, as well as higher education institutions.

The Arab Open University participated in the forum, represented by Prof. Mohamed bin Hamdan Al Badi, President of the University. During the forum, the university signed a cooperation agreement with the Endowment Foundation for Supporting Education "Siraj", as part of a series of agreements with 17 private higher education institutions. The agreement aims to promote a culture of endowment in supporting education and encourage participation in joint activities and events.
