To support high-quality education for all segments of society by providing flexible access to diverse academic resources that fosters a stimulating educational environment and  transcending spatial and temporal barriers in education.​

Objectives:

• Provide a suitable environment for research, browsing, and utilizing the Learning Resources Center's services.
• Provide a collection of traditional and electronic information resources related to the academic and research programs offered by the university.
• Develop library services of all kinds for all users in a way that suits their needs and aspirations.
• Raise information awareness among users through the provision of introductory and educational programs about the available resources and services provided.
• Develop the professional and knowledge-based skills of employees in the field of libraries and raise their productivity through internal and external training programs.​
