If its your first time using AOU email. Student email address is s[Student ID]@aou.edu.om, the default password will be Aou[First 5 digits of Civil ID]. Example:
- Email: s160652@aou.edu.om
- Password: Aou11223

In case you couldn’t reset your password using the methods on outlook, then you can visit IT Support Department for help
